The phone screen all the conversation about philanthropy and what lemonade gives back. Nothing to do with skill set or qualifications. Poor excuse for interview most interviews start with company talking about the job. Not Lemonade

Lengthy interview process. There are different stages you have to go through in order to get hired. The first interview was very easy. The 2 recruiters were very nice. We had good conversations

Unprofessional. The recruiter was late for the scheduled interview, then called 30 minutes after the scheduled time to leave a voice mail with no phone number to call back and asked for the interview to be rescheduled to Monday. Then sent an email asking to reschedule it to Monday, no reason. Very unprofessional and uninterested.
