Best thing which i Experienced in L&T Infotech is Initial training which is provided to freshers. Lot of things to learn as a fresher, good exposure to work, proper quality standards followed write from documentation to project delivery

Questions on DBMS, OS, Networks and DS and Algos Mostly questions were from ER model, Normalisation, Indexing,hashing, Process Sync etc Simple DS questions - Find missing and repeating no. in an array, binary search tree , etc
The interview process was well organized and transparent. It started with an initial HR screening call, followed by a technical/functional interview focusing on role-related skills and past experience. The final round was a managerial discussion. Communication was clear throughout, and feedback was shared in a timely manner.

Campus interview, There are 2 stages that I know. First one was 30 min online test. It was MCQ of aptitude. Then hr interview where 3 person will ask questions about project and coding questions.
