Interview
The interview process with Covance was actually fairly simple and straightforward. I submitted my application online and received a call back within 2 days. The recruiter called me to conduct a phone screen and asked me the typical questions about my background and my work experience. The recruiter informed me that they would be passing my phone screen over to the hiring manager and if the would like an interview, they would contact me. They contacted me and set up an interview via Skype in which i spoke to two different line managers. The interviewers were laid back and super nice and asked Questions based on the STAR method (i.e. tell me about a time..etc.). The company called me back the same day to extend an offer.

Kurze Vorstellung beiderseits, Fachfragen mittelschwer, dann eine Beschreibung von spezifischen Situationen und wie man darauf reagieren würde auf Englisch. Warum möchte man gerade zu dem Unternehmen? Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und freundlich. Das Interview fand via Video-Anruf statt

The interview was very relaxed. If you have experience in oncology then you should be fine. If you don't, please study for it. The questions were mostly situational based so be very prepeared.
