Short telephone interview with HR in poland then a face to face interview on site, Relatively easy going and relaxed interview with the managers of the department
Couple competency based questions then just a general chat about experiance etc

The questions were quite easy as if you didn't have an answer due to lack of experiance or was struggling they would re-word it from when have you had to how would you do

Interview process was lengthy but I was able to meet with a lot of great people and learn about the position. It seems like a great company to work for.
