2 rounds interview where you meet Human Resources specialist first and then the manager of your future position. The whole process takes from one week to 2 weeks. I had good experience. Smooth process.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Madrid) in Jan 2015
Interview
Application handed over during a university fair. It led to a brief phone interview with HR and, then, a face-to-face interview with HR. The final interview, with 2 marketing managers (marketing director & product manager), lasted roughly 45 minutes. Final offer arrived a week after.
The process was quiet fast (4 weeks) and not very stressful. Make sure you know what brand you are applying to within L'Oreal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why L'Oreal? Why this specific brand? Why the specific position I was applying for? Why marketing?
What can you bring to this position? What can you tell me about this product? What can you tell me about this ad?
