It was quite easy for the digital interview, just getting to know you. However, the assessment centre is a mess! Very impunctual, they don't inform you correctly regarding the connection of the pre-work and assessment tasks. At the end of the day, they said we would receive an email that day itself, or latest the next day, regarding updates. The HR kept bragging about how L'Oreal is amazing and quick with processes. Neither myself nor my group received an email, it's been more than a month.

Question 1
They gave us a market study pre-work, and then proceeded to ask us to make 2 campaigns for 2 of their products.
R1: Recruiter Zoom call, R2: group case study, Acceptance.
Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
