Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.

Interview
Awful experience! I applied online and got a call about a week later. It was a normal phone screen followed by scheduling an in person interview. I went into the interview with two marketing managers. The interview was nothing out of the ordinary and I thought it went well. I was so excited about this position! The HR assistant said they were interviewing other candidates and would get back to me within a week. Well, two weeks went by and I sent a friendly email to HR asking about the status of the position. No reply. After about six weeks of no word, I emailed again asking about the process. No reply. It has now been almost two months and I have heard nothing at all - good or bad. I was expecting some email back as a common courtesy updating me about the process. I have never experienced this from any other company and it just makes clarisonic look bad on their end. I wouldn't even recommend interviewing with this company.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
