I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY) in May 2011
Interview
1 on 1 interview and they asked pretty standard interview questions- tell me about your background (they really just want to get to know you and see your passion for the beauty industry), what did you study, what are your hobbies, why do you want to work in beauty, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Strength/Weaknesses, why you want to work in beauty, etc.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
