I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Clark, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
Overall a mixed feeling about this company
Multiple rounds of interview, 2 telephonic and 1 onsite with 4 folks. The talent acquisition director was the best in terms of communication and update and the only reason I kept going for 3 months. I felt that the other folks (HR, VP) were unempathetic. Did not even bother to ask for lunch despite interview shifted to the lunch time, No reimbursement, No response to thank you notes. Please remember that you are trying to hire a person who is genuinely interested in your company and a small gesture goes a long way. I wonder if Loreal's bussiness is based on customers perception, how come they put unempathetic people on the front line?
