Online application, followed by 3 rounds of interviews. HR asks general question about previous experiences, line manager asks about specific things you have done in your area and, finally, the GM is mostly interested are you good with numbers.

Présentez vous, comment vous voyez vous évoluer au sein du groupe ?
Very direct. 3 rounds. Very quickly if they’re interested. HR, hiring manager, department head. First was a teams call, second and third rounds in person. I applied 3 months ago and was called back two months after.
Very reasonable in their approach. I was nervous going into the interview, but after discussing it with the staff and going through the process, I felt very comfortable with everybody that I met. Really good and well run process.
