I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Sep 2012
Interview
There is an extensive application with essays about yourself and your favorite promotions. Then they email you for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. They asked about your resume, some technical questions. Be able to explain details about your resume, and why you want to work there. Have a good knowledge of their brands and the company, as well as the industry.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
