I applied online. Initial background check by the HR through telephone, Experience and others skills were checked, educational background etc. Then my CV was forwarded to the the hiring manager (technical).The manager asked me questions from my expertise and interviewed me about my experience.

1st by HR, on general fit, next steps & salary expectations,
then 30min interview with hiring manager on technical expertise,
then 30min with directors of local team, then international head of domain on background, culture fit, long-term career plan with company

Interview
The interview process experience was very positive but intense. I first had a phone call with someone from Talent Acquisition team, which asked me general questions. Then following a week, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was a lot more technical, testing my knowledge and expertise. I was then invite for an onsite interview, where I had to present previous scientific work, meet with HR, and meet with team members, including the two heads of department.
