Interview
Intense. Multiple interviews with the directors of various departments. Meet over teams with at least 4 members for about an hour long. It’s extremely hard to get an offer, you have to know someone who has worked there or is working there. Or you enter in as a temp through an agency.

I was asked some brief behavioral questions that were pretty open-ended. I was able to go into detail about my experiences and my interviewer was able to explain the ins and outs of the position.
