Why is commercial awareness important in your opinion?
First you have to do online assessments and pre-recorded video interviews. Then you get asked to do a telephone interview, and then have to do a final interview over teams.
Application, Brief phone interview with talent acquisition to discuss the role and briefly your experience, assessment (recorded presentation and recorded video answers), video call interview with a more senior member to discuss specific work experience and competency etc.

The first stage was a telephone interview and then an online assessment. I thought the online assessment was one of the most interesting and realistic tests I have done so it made it pretty enjoyable
