One group interview with basic questions, such as "Tell me about yourself", "Strengths and Weaknesses", and "Why Kroger?" Was notified within the next few days that I got the job.

What are your strengths? What about your weaknesses?
It was easy and straightforward. Just did a phone screening then had an in person interview. Then there’s training for about a week and you’re hired. Overall nothing to complain about.

Easy and straightforward. They wanted to know my background and my work experience. There was a circle interview with more than one person. It felt homey and open to discuss answers. Because of covid, masks were required.
