Interview
The assessment describes 2 questions that are optimal. But I got feedback that other questions were all good, because the ignored optimal questions, I got failed...
It's better to say the question is a must, not write it's optimal but fail you...
At least if people spent 10 hours doing some homework, and it's all passed, but ignore the optimal one, the company can arrange 45 minutes to listen to how the guy thinks about these technical issues.
Even if the final interview result is a failure, but that will be more polite?

Interview
After I began searching for my next position, I quickly realized that the current hiring processes are often flawed: they involve too many steps, lengthy timelines, and poor communication.
In contrast, Kranken's hiring process was refreshing: it was fast, transparent, fair, grounded in reality, and well communicated. There were no meaningless coding challenges, no delayed or ghosted communication, and interviews were relevant to actual work.
It took just three interviews for me to receive an offer, and from the very first contact, I felt respected.
- The environment is friendly and designed to help you succeed.
- The recruiting team provided excellent communication and support.
- I received my interview results very quickly.
- I had the chance to engage with my future team members and discuss technical topics as if I were already working there.
- I went into detail about the solutions I had previously implemented.
- There were no tricky questions intended to trip me up.
