I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2024
Interview
The first step in the process is a call with a recruiter to review the basics—going over your resume or LinkedIn profile, discussing why you’re interested in Konrad Group, and highlighting your applicable skills. The second step involves an in-office, 45-minute interview where they delve deeper into why you think you’d be a good fit, your skills and experiences, and include a market sizing question to solve on a whiteboard while explaining your thought process. A week later, I received a standard rejection email, and when I followed up for feedback, I didn’t receive a response. I believe there were two more steps to follow had I made it through, which would have been another 45-minute interview with the Director and then a case study presentation.
First you have to fill out an online application with a cover letter, and then someone from HR will reach out to you for an initial screening interview. From there, you speak to other members of the team.

Interview
Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
