Interview
Applied Thursday through application portal, got an interview request Monday, so it happened pretty fast, (back in March 2021).
1st Interview Phone Interview: Just a bunch of behaviour questions, nothing out of the ordinary, tried to ask about salary, but was told they weren't allowed to reveal or give estimate until further down interview process but that it was "competitive" (which I mean it's fine but I don't get why companies gotta be so weird about salary...)
2nd Interview: Design challenge- 2 hours, 1 hour was analyzing issues with app ui then presenting your findings, then 40 mins whiteboard challenge for a completely different problem.
The first round with Konrad was very simple and conversational easy and I connected well with the recruiter, I am now waiting to hear back from them- i have heard only good things about them

Interview
4 rounds of interviews
1. Call with HR (30min)
2. In person interview with 1 designer to present portfolio + answer other questions. (1 hour)
3. Technical Interview - Whiteboarding challenge and redesign challenge + presentation (3.5 hours)
4. Discussion with person in leadership
I found the 3.5-hour technical interview challenging because it was unclear what they were looking for, as their answers were quite vague. Additionally, they don't provide any feedback if you don't advance to the next round.
