the interview process was very easy. the manager was very easy to talk to and they dont expect you to have any experience on the first day. they want to help you succeed as much as you want to do a good job. very friendly environment to work in and wasnt expected to do alot of work in one day.
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
