It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.

My interview wasn't the group interview that I anticipated it to be. The interview was a one-on-one affair with a manager. She was kind and informal and asked me the typical questions you might expect. After the 15 minute interview she gave me a stack of papers to fill out and that was all. Very easy.

Q: Would you feel comfortable trying to convince customers to get a Kohl's credit card?
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
