I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jun 2022
Interview
Interviewer seemed uninterested and unresponsive in interview, asked only a few questions he read from his screen. Got the feeling they already had someone in mind already, I had spent the day before preparing for the interview and doing research.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
Long, drawn out, poor communication. Unprofessional and awkward questions about "your favorite social media influencer". Took 2 months, 3 interviews, and a "design challenge" to come to a decision another month later. Culture seems uber woke and effeminate, so men need not apply.
After hearing from a recruiter via email, you would meet with the manager and review your design portfolio and discuss the work done and anything you would consider changing from past work.
