I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Amarillo, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
we did a group interview that consisted of easy questions centered around costumer service and problem resolution. the manager was nice and made it a comfortable environment. everyone took turns answering questions, so each person got a chance to speak.

Question 1
What's the most important part of costumer service?
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
