I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Albuquerque, NM) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was more a conversation than a interview. I interviewed with one person only. It was very quick and typical customer service questions. I've heard that they do group interviews sometimes but not in my case nor did I see a case at my location that did a single group interview.

Question 1
How would you handle two customers that wanted your attention at the same time.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
