I interviewed at Kohl's (Frankfort, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Round table interview with others. All the questions asked were very basic behavioral questions. Seemed like the process was more a formality than anything else. Everyone in the interview got hired. This was around the holiday season though for what its worth.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
