Two interviews before an offer, not a strenuous process but I got kind of a weird vibe I couldn’t put my finger on, so I declined the offer. I thought the company seemed interesting but I didn’t connect with with the people I would be working with.

Clear and relevant questions. Quick response to application. HR and talent acquisition are clear on expectations and when to expect to get a response. Expectations for job role outlined from the start. Relevant experience is taken into consideration and appropriate questions asked.
