Knak Implementation Manager interview questions

Knak looks like an interesting company, but unfortunately their interview process is disorganized and unhelpful. Be prepared to sit through 3+ rounds of interviews with people who are unprepared, seem to have not talked with each other, and want little more than for you to read your interview to them. This leaves very little time to actually have candid discussions that would be useful for a candidate's decision making. My advice to Knak interviewers: job selection is a two-way street, and there's another person on the other side of the table who needs to make good decisions about a prospective fit just as much as you do. Structure your interviews accordingly.
