There were 3 interviews. One with recruiter to get familiar with my I.T. Experience and to find a job for me that was a potential match. I then received a call from them about the position and the company. Had two interviews with the company via Zoom. They wanted to get familiar with my I.T. Background and experience before telling me about the position.

I spoke to someone from HR for a while about my resume shortly after I began speaking with about 5-6 people from the various customer service departments one of them being the supervisor on the department I would be working in, did not know that at the time.

Found job posting at a local college (Harper). Had 3 to 5 interviews with a variety of personal levels. Very simple and relaxed. Kleinschmidt's hiring process can be a bit "off-normal", because many other factors are looked at instead of only your education or past work experience, which can vary quite a lot.
