I applied online. I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals
Interview
phone first; then personal interview; then another interview; asked lots of questions that were already answered in my resume but I guess they wanted to evalutate how I communicate; the second interviewer did not appear to have reviewed my resume
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
records review of all aspects of education, training, background, and professionalism. physical and drug screening conducted and job expectations discussed. most times they do not negotiate salary. that means they shouldn't expect top candidates to apply. Most of their Nursing management has Asdociate Degree Nurses leading that department. this results in conflicts with expectations between work and home.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals (Grapevine, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
Diffrent at each location. A simple process of some basic nursing home admin questions. We toured the building and spoke with some of the staff. I got a call from the recruiter the had told me I received the job we negotiated salary. Shortly after that I received a letter of agreement signed it sent it back. And started the new job 35 days later .
