The interviewer had clearly not looked at my resume before starting the interview. He seemed irritated at me because of his lack of preparation. He barely let me speak about previous studies I had designed and executed, skills I possess that relate to the job, or publications I have co-authored.
It made me wonder if the workforce of the company is as unprepared and disorganized as their HR employees.

Interview
Applied at a career conference and was given the opportunity to interview there. I was then contacted within one week about follow up interviews at their location in wisconsin. Once there i was given a set of four interviews all from people within the research and engineering department.
