Interview
I was recommended by a KC employee for the job. I met with 3 different people. They were all very kind and interesting. They each explained their role and what support they needed from an admin. I was surprised by the lack of questions from them. I think the interview was a bit more relaxed since I had an internal recommendation from someone they all trust.

Based on reviews of other people on glassdoor - I was expecting a lot of behavioral based questions. However, I only got a few. Mostly, it was the interviewers sharing the culture of the organization.
