Interview
They like to move quickly and test how you perform under some pressure. The first round interview is fairly simple, behavioral questions, but the second rounds have you interview all morning with a small case study.

How would you explain PDV to your finance professor and to someone who knows nothing about finance?

1 short Phone call with basic STAR Questions
1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours.
I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.

We did a case study where they gave me a bunch of emails for cost analysis and why the cost of the material for paper products was going up and where we needed go to to solve the issue.

Interview
Interviews generally followed the star method while still having a priority of general communication skills outside of knowing the star method. Friendly and open interview process and felt like I had a good idea of what to expect.

Started with an on campus interview and moved to an on site interview. Consisted of several 1-1 interviews and an exam. Included a tour of their very impressive complex that more resembled a College Campus.
