Kijiji interview questions

I recently had an interview with a mid-sized tech company called kijiji for a Finance Manager role. The interview began with the HR manager asking about my experience with financial forecasting and budget management. We then discussed how I’ve led process improvements in previous roles, particularly in streamlining financial reporting. The interviewer seemed impressed when I explained how I’d helped a previous company increase operational efficiency by 15%. Toward the end, I asked about the company’s plans for expansion, and they highlighted their growth into international markets. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and felt positive overall.

The interview process was straightforward. I had an initial phone screening with HR, followed by a technical round where I was asked to design a user flow for a sample app. The final round was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager, which focused on problem-solving and teamwork.
