I was referred by a former colleague so my process may vary from others. First, a phone interview with the group leader. Next was a technical interview at a local office with group manger. I was then called by HR to go over benefits and shortly after received an offer.

A lot of focus was put on estimating process, ability to work on multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

General questions about my work and experience. The manger was easy going but he seem he look for someone with more experience. Bur it seem like a good company to work for as they work on mega projects

One call was very promising and great conversation and explanation of the role and the differences in their department, no response to follow up. Tried following up with the recruiter and received nothing back.
Easy and firm. Process was tedious, Didn't let you know till 3 months ahead. Overall 8/10. Interview questions were self common sense questions. Act professional. Be aware of what you say.
