Interview
Interview process was very easy. However, I did not go through the traditional application process by applying online. Instead, I utilized my linkedIn account to connect with HR folks and other entry level employees at Ketchum to land my interview and eventually an offer. However, the recruiter I worked with was AMAZING and was always willing to answer my questions. I talked to both the senior leadership members on the account I would be working on and other entry level workers I would work with as well. Ketchum gave me a very competitive offer and even matched a competing salary I proposed to them. They have great PTO and benefits too. I highly recommend!

Very short, didn't seem interested in my application. The interviewer seemed as though they were simply checking a box, and did not ask particular questions. This was more of a formality interview than anything else.

Interview
Applied to several account coordinator positions via LinkedIn with resume, then had a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with team member. Overall the recruiters were not particularly professional. After interviewing with them, I never heard from them again, not even to inform that I didn't get the job. One recruiter just didn't show up to the set interview time and didn't reply to email asking to reschedule until the next day. If they want to get good candidates they should really consider getting better recruiters. I understand that they get a lot of applicants, but its really rude to waste candidates' time.
