A third-party recruiter contacted me and asked if I would be interested in interviewing with the company. I provided my resume, which was forwarded to the internal recruiter for review. The interview was straightforward, and an offer was made in a timely and professional manner. Compared to other insurance companies I have interviewed for, all points of contact were welcoming and professional (no egos in the application and interview process).
The interview process was very traditional and straightforward. The interview was very simple. Standard “tell me a time when” STAR method types of questions. Questions were the same questions you’d be asked going for any other adjuster role with a different company.

Very streamlined and laid back interview process. They ask you questions about yourself and your background, as well as what you would do or have done in specific job related situations.
