I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kearney (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2010
Interview
The interview was the first round interview for sourcing associate. I had previous consulting experience and hence applied for the position. However, I did not have sourcing experience which went against me and also I was not able to explain well how my skills match with the position. The interview had two part. 1. Behavioral and 2. Case Question
Behavioral QS Included: 1. Resume walk through 2. Challenging project 2. Internship experience 3. What did you learn the most from your consulting experience 4. What do you know about sourcing? (Started to mess up here) 5. Why do you think you will be suited for sourcing as per your work experience? (Ding)
Case Question: Pretty simple. Chicago municipality is planning to replace all signal lights with LEDs? Should they implement the change if cost is the only factor?
Overall good experience

First a campus interview with 2 managers, lasted 45 minutes. Then an onsite interview day, with excel assessment, case study, 3 personal interviews with partners/VPs/managers. The interview day was grueling as all the above were back to back with lunch session in between (which is another interview anyway).
