Pour un stage de fin d'études : 2 tours. 1er tour (un entretien : fit + cas) et 2ème tour (deux entretiens : fit et cas). Les interviewers étaient très bienveillants et accompagnaient tout au long du cas. Pas de volonté de bloquer le candidat. Bonne expérience.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
