KarmaCheck interview questions

Fairly drawn out interview. Friendly recruiter but unorganized and undefined role. It was 3-4 rounds and a panel interview. I was able to fully learn about what the role COULD be.

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn based on my previous experience working in the background check industry. Had a nice phone screen and everything sounded good, but the hiring team didn't want to meet with me, because I do not have NodeJS experience in my professional career (personal projects only). I have 9 years of JS experience and 2.5 years in their industry and could've brought knowledge and experience setting up features they do not yet have, but they chose to prioritize experience with tools over skills.
