Fair interview process, part technical part culture. Sensible level of rounds in the interview. The interview participants included two people each time which was helpful with building rapport. Overall enjoyed it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kablamo (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Initial screening with recruiter was pretty chill.
Next was the take home assignment and I was told after that would be a discussion and presenting the assignment to the team(discussing your approach etc)

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kablamo (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process took over four weeks and included a technical exercise, a technical round with two QA leads, and a cultural round with the Canadian MD and the hiring manager. I also had a follow-up interview with the delivery lead, which I understood would focus on my enterprise experience. However, the conversation ended up being more of a meet-and-greet, and I didn't get the opportunity to discuss my enterprise experience in detail. In hindsight, I could have steered the conversation that way, but I'm not sure it would have made a significant difference.
Overall, the experience was positive. Harry was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed my interviews with Tobi and Brian.
