The interview process was fairly easy. My interviewer simply overlooked my resume and asked me questions pertaining to my resume. Additionally, regular behavioral questions were asked aiming to see how I would react in certain given situations. In addition we talked about various global topics such as travel and the economy.

I had two interviewers, and both of them were Senior Managers. My first interview was asking me behavioral questions, whereas my second felt more like a conversation with my interviewer.

Interview
I had my first interview with KPMG at my university and then was asked to go into their office for the summer leadership program. It was a good experience but wish I had a better understanding of why I wasn’t offered an internship. I felt a little bias towards more alumni being from one school which I think gave some an unfair advantage.

Interview
Everyone involved in the process was friendly and welcoming. There were two thirty minute interviews; one with a partner and one with a senior manager. It was the standard questions, "Tell me about yourself", resume run-through, behavioral questions, and questions for the interviewer.
