Interview
You have two interviews. Usually with a SM or MD and then the last one with the Partner. They run through the basic questions asked in an interview and then more of getting to know you and personality. It’s a very conversational interview!

O RH me chamou pelo LinkedIn, eu nem tinha me candidatado. Passei pela entrevista com o RH e depois fui falar com o sócio. Ele me fez três perguntas e, em duas, me cortou no meio da resposta pra perguntar outra coisa. Achei bem mal-educado.
Colloquio conoscitivo e poi tecnico con un manager, successivamente test di inglese e test psico attitudinali anche fattibili e infine colloquio con partner. Nel complesso colloquio semplice e durata della selezione un mese
