Zu Beginn des Vorstellungsgesprächs wurde ich begrüßt und stellte mich vor. Danach beantwortete ich Fragen zu meiner beruflichen Erfahrung, meinen Kompetenzen und meiner Motivation für die Position. Ich hatte auch die Gelegenheit, eigene Fragen zum Unternehmen und zur Stelle zu stellen. Zum Abschluss informierten mich die Interviewer über die nächsten Schritte im Auswahlprozess.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
