It was a campus-driven process with resume shortlisting and two rounds of interviews, rejection in every round. Each round lasted for 40 min.The interviewer are trying to check the fitment and knowledge levels of the candidates

The first round: 1h HR interview (quite relaxed, typical HR questions) and then 1h interview with the team (Senior Consultant & Manager) at the same day. The next round would be with a partner.

First the interview started with self introduction with both sides. Then the interviewer started asking questions of interviewees CV, then moved on to the technical M&A questions, and then moving on to the Q&A session.
