I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
Online application form - online tests - telephone interview. I was invited to the telephone interview after passing three rounds of online tests: SJT, verbal and numerical..
The telephone interview is quite structured and the interviewer is quite nice. She told me exactly which competency is checked in this part of interview.

Question 1
Motivation questions like Why KPMG?
Questions about the five competencies given on the KPMG website.
Very straightforward interview with two people. A lot of questions in relation to tax law and tax regulations. They also asked several scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and how I would apply tax principles in practical situations. The interview was professional and conversational, with opportunities to discuss previous experience and explain technical knowledge in detail. Overall, the process felt well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and communication skills.
I got a phone call with an invite to the interview. It was in person in their offices. It was intense, quite short about 20 minutes, and I was asked more questions about academics/school than I expected.
