Interview
First two rounds of interview went very well and even the HR's were very friendly even after gettimg rejected in third round.
Now in 3rd round interview with a director of KPMG tried to exploit by saying that the answers given to his questions like what is answer of 1 to the power of 100 was not satisfactory but if I stick to my current package of 9LPA he would immediately hire me!!
I have always admired KPMG and also couple of my friends do work there and given Excellent feedback.
But unfortunately KPMG must look into such issues where people designated as directors must have some humanity and sense before taking the interview.
This is very unfortunate!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would I do if I was the Prime Minister of India to handle covid situation? Give 3 points (actions which have not been taken till now).
Later question was changed to 3 actions after providing the answers.
Next questions were what is 1 to the power of 100?
9 to the power 0.
0 to the power 0.
There questions were asked for a post in DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION team!!
Relaxed however prepare for technical scenario based questions. There are three stages the first being initial phone call with the HR recruiter, followed by two one hour interviews each that you must pass
Good interview. Need to explain technically about each project in cv. OVerall a good experience. Around 3 rounds of interview, HR, Technical and Partner interview. Technical round can get tricky as they ask technical question based on practical use-cases
For my 2nd round interview, the interviewer clearly wasn't bothered and answered the meeting on his selfie camera. Felt like he was in a rush to just get it over with and had made up his mind before the call had even begun. Bummer.
