Followed by a one on one interview with a person in management
Then a group discussion where you are given a topic and you are you engage in a discussion with your colleagues -

Economic discussions, what is the one thing you have seen on the news that interests you?
First you write psychometric assessments before receiving an interview an then they schedule and interview with a manager over Zoom/Teams and then you have to wait 2 weeks for feedback.
