Behavioural questions. Not any technical questions for entry staff accountant role. Very conversational based type of interview. Interviewed with manager and a partner. Tell me about yourself, why audit, why kpmg, etc.

Interview
General
- The interview was mainly focused on behavioural quesitons
- There were 3 interviewers (partner, manager and senior associate)
Specific questions:
1. Tell me about your background/previous work experiences.
2. Tell me about a time where you had to lead a team.
3. Describe a situation where you had to work in a difficult situation in a team and tell me how you dealt with it.
4. Why do you want to be an accountant at KPMG?
5. Why do you want to work for KPMG vs. other accounting firms?
There are two 30 mins (total 1 hour) back to back interview person interview with a manager and a partner. The result is provided within the week usually after 1 day
Pretty easy interview process, you talk to a manager for 30min then another 30min back to back with the partner. No technicals. Just some behavioral questions and the partner interview is very laid back and straightforward.
