Overall there are 4 rounds after the screening. Interview panel does not know a lot of what they are asking and they hate if the interviewee knows more than them. They reject candidates because they know more and have better project exp

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
