De procedure bestond uit een paar stappen.
De eerste stap was de cv doorsturen. Een paar dagen later kreeg ik de uitnodiging voor de volgende stap.
Deze bestond uit 3 delen: Persoonlijkheidstest, game based assessment en een aantal vragen beantwoorden via de webcam.
Na het afronden van alle 3 de delen werd ik kort nadien al gebeld met de uitnodiging naar de volgende en laatste ronde op het kantoor zelf.
Hier was een gesprek met een partner en een gesprek met iemand van HR.
De dag nadien kreeg ik te horen dat alles in orde was en werd er een moment afgesproken voor de laatste dingen telefonisch te regelen.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
