Detailled online application process, including upload of letter of motivation, cv and references, comparable to other companies. The letter of motivation needs to be copy&pasted into the form, structuring it is though then. Unfortunetly it looks unprofessional, but I suppose this is not taken into account.
One interview by phone, one in person. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

The interview process for the KPMG internship was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an initial screening. The interview focused mainly on my background, interest in KPMG, teamwork experience, and why I wanted to work in professional services. The interviewer was friendly and made the process feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and not too stressful.

In my case, recruiter/interviewer was professional and kind.
